Kimberly Jackson, PhD
Kimberly Jackson (“Coach Kimberly”) is founder and principal of Coach Kimberly International. She comes from a highly regarded and successful entrepreneurial family. It’s quite literally in her DNA to empower others to their highest entrepreneurial self. She believes that no matter what the business structure—corporate or independent—these principals transcend and transform.
Her teachings are distinctive in that she does not believe entrepreneurship is for the chosen few, but for all. It can be taught, caught and executed at the highest level. With a sharp mind and listening heart, Kimberly demonstrates that wisdom bears fruit mostly highly through the entrepreneurial spirit.
Kimberly has been mentored by the brightest minds in the business. She is leading the conversation about why entrepreneurship needs to be executed throughout the entire global business landscape, how it affects economic growth, and why—if we don’t learn this now—businesses will fail.
As the founder of the state-of-the-art Uber Mover Academy and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches, CoachVille Institute, The Schools of Coaching, and the Georgia Distance Learning Association, Kimberly is a prolific thought leader in human development.
Kimberly’s education includes a BS in Education from North Carolina University Charlotte, an MBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Duke University.
Discovering her own purpose early in life, she excelled in corporate America, working within the financial industry companies such as Wausau Insurance, FM Global, and ING. Her first client upon launching her own business was Mindspring, with others to quickly follow; Coke, Home Depot, and NASCAR’s own Dale Earnhardt Jr.
